The addey cloth problem is solved! I called Amy at downsunshinelane.com. She is very friendly and helpful. Before we hung up, I had placed my order for the addy cloth and the pattern book for Stoney Creek's Snow Buddies! I would still love to know if anyone has stitched this on an afghan. I am going to make this one for my mom who collects snowmen and loves birds. She has several feeders and birdhouses in her yard. I plan on having it finished in time for Christmas. I will have to get very, very stitchy-busy to complete it!

I have no idea what addy cloth is. Could you fill us in?
I have stitched on a afghan, but only in the squares. I should post a pic of it. I wish you luck on it.
What a pretty pattern. Your mom will love it.
Wahoo..look forward to seeing the progress on this one.
I got to your blog from your message on Stitching Bloggers Yahoo group. Was reading about the Addey cloth and was not familiar with that type of afghan fabric. Since I work part time at the LNS- The Sunflower Seed, I thought I should try to figure out what it was. Found it on the Zweigart web site. It is actually listed as ABBY Cloth. Here is what they say about it "Abby Cloth is a polyacrylic afghan with a large square center. The stitching area would be the border around the square center. Abby is perfect for creating a unique and fairly quick afghan project that only requires small designs or motifs." Sounds like you only stitch on the outside border. Hope this is not too long and is a help. Good Luck with your project.
Don't you just love Down Sunshine Lane? :) YAY!!!! Amy has always helped me out.
